At ZIDDI TECHIES, we take pride in delivering quality-driven digital solutions and creative services. Since our services are personalized, digital, and often project-based, we follow a transparent and fair refund policy:


🧾 Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of our work, the following services are non-refundable once initiated:

  • Shopify Store Setup or Development

  • Branding, Logo, and Graphic Design Services

  • UI/UX and Website Design Projects

  • Marketing Strategy & Paid Ad Management

  • Photography or Visual Production

  • Product Listing, Cataloging, or Content Work

  • Monthly Retainers or Maintenance Packages

Once the project has begun or assets have been shared, refunds are not eligible.


📆 Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel a project within 24 hours of payment if work has not started. Cancellation after this window may incur partial deductions for:

  • Time spent on planning or communication

  • Initial research or drafts already prepared

💸 Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In rare cases where a client opts to pause or discontinue a project before major work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting:

  • Service fees

  • Consultation or research hours

  • Any third-party tool costs (if applicable)

All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


🕒 Turnaround Time for Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
