At ZIDDI TECHIES, we offer digital services, consultations, creative projects, and eCommerce support — not physical products. As such, there is no shipping involved in most of our service engagements.


📦 What This Means for You:

  • No Physical Delivery: All services are delivered digitally via email, cloud folders, shared drives, or through collaborative platforms like Notion, Figma, Canva, Shopify, etc.

  • Turnaround Time: Each service has its own timeline and estimated delivery schedule. These will be clearly communicated to you before the start of your project.

  • Documentation & Access: Any assets, files, or access credentials (if applicable) will be securely shared with you once the service is completed or milestones are reached.

  • Photography/Offline Deliverables: In rare cases where physical files (USBs, print samples, etc.) or photoshoots are required and agreed upon, delivery charges (if any) will be discussed beforehand.

Your project timeline depends on the nature and scope of the work. Here’s a general idea:

  • Basic Shopify Setup: 5–7 working days

  • Full Brand Strategy Projects: 10–20 working days

  • Ongoing Retainers: Continuous delivery as per calendar

Each client will receive a dedicated delivery plan upon project confirmation.

Depending on the service, we use:

  • Email (Google Drive/WeTransfer links)

  • Shopify Admin Access (for store work)

  • Canva/Figma/Notion (for design & strategy)

  • WhatsApp (for quick communications and previews)


📍 Service Location

We offer services globally, primarily servicing clients across India, USA, UK, and Canada. There are no shipping zone restrictions, as all services are rendered remotely.
